When you study education at RMIT, you're joining a university with an established reputation for providing educational and vocational leadership in the field of knowledge creation. As a teacher, no matter what discipline you choose, you're in a position to shape minds and foster a lifelong love of learning.

In addition to practical work placements, students of education at RMIT typically study at the Bundoora or City campus. Both campuses give students access to dedicated study spaces and facilities fully-equipped with computer labs, wifi, sports facilities, and more.
RMIT’s Pedagogies of Possibilities Lab (PoPLab) is just one of the exciting facilities available at the Bundoora campus. PoPLab is a virtual and physical space for innovative industry-partnered research, giving students access to video technologies that will enable them to explore practice with ‘real’ children in online and face-to-face modes of delivery.
Mark Mossuto coordinates RMIT’s Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and looks after the development of customised commercial training. He has extensive experience in the development and delivery of materials, activities and assessments.
“Training and assessment in any field is about making that training meaningful, purposeful, and useful to those in front of you. The contextualisation of training allows us to put meaning into what we do. Relevance is the key.”
I get the most enjoyment out of attending placements and putting all the theory I’ve learnt into practice.
– Olivia Chong, Certificate IV in Education Support
