Become a mentor

Mentors share their knowledge, expertise and experience to inspire the next generation of industry professionals. Mentorship is a productive experience that helps students develop skills and gain the confidence to excel.

Host a session

Information sessions

Come and talk to RMIT students about jobs in your organisation and future recruitment opportunities. Our employer information sessions allow you to increase your organisation’s profile and connect directly with our students.

Career skills sessions

Share your knowledge and experience with RMIT students. A 45-minute Career Skills Session is a valuable opportunity for students to learn effective job seeking strategies and discover how to find work in their chosen field.

Mock interviews

Volunteer to conduct one-to-one generic competency-style mock interviews with students on campus. Typically interviewers conduct six to seven interviews during a day. Timing is flexible and includes a break for catered lunch.
