Mentoring a current student in the School of Property, Construction and Project Management is a great way to give back to the community and give invaluable advice to students embarking on their career journey. There are two mentoring program options to choose from.
The Industry Mentorship program
Mentors share their knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of industry professionals. It can be a productive experience as each generation has an opportunity to understand the others’ career aspirations and attitudes. Find out more about the Industry Mentor Program.
The Women@RMIT Mentoring program allows you to provide valuable career insights to female students in engineering, IT, property, construction and project management programs, and assist them in identifying and overcoming gender bias in traditionally male-dominated industries.
